Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the WebFascia website building and hosting service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are
WebFascia is a UK-based web design service that builds and hosts professional websites for small businesses. Our contact email is info@webfascia.co.uk.
2. The Service
WebFascia builds you a website based on your business information and hosts it for as long as your subscription is active. The Starter Pack includes:
- A professionally designed, mobile-responsive website
- Hosting on the WebFascia platform
- An enquiry form so customers can contact you
- A WhatsApp chat button linked to your phone number
- Display of your Google reviews
- A photo gallery
- Privacy policy, terms of service, and cookie pages for your site
Features not included in the Starter Pack will not be built or billed without your explicit agreement.
3. Subscription and Billing
- The Starter Pack costs £29.99 per month
- There is no setup fee and no minimum contract
- Payment is taken monthly by direct card payment, processed securely by Stripe
- Your subscription begins on the date your payment is first processed
- Billing renews automatically each month on the same date
- New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period.
- You will receive a reminder email 7 days before and 1 day before your trial ends.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert automatically to the monthly paid plan at £29.99.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email on day 1 and again on day 5. If payment cannot be collected within 10 days of the failure, your website will be taken offline. Your site files will be retained for 14 days after suspension, in case you wish to reactivate by settling the outstanding payment, after which they will be permanently deleted.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no notice period required.

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will receive a reminder notification one day before your site is taken offline.
- We do not offer refunds for part-months already paid
- When your subscription ends, your website will be taken offline. We will retain your site files for 14 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which they will be deleted.
5. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that:
- The business information you provide is accurate and relates to a real business you own or operate
- You have the right to use any logo, photos, or other content you supply to us
- You will not use your WebFascia website for any unlawful purpose
- You will keep your contact details up to date
6. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Build your website to the standard described in these terms
- Keep your site online for as long as your subscription is active
- Respond to support queries within 3–5 working days
We do not guarantee any particular level of traffic, leads, or business results from your website. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control.
7. Intellectual Property
- WebFascia retains ownership of the website design, templates, and underlying code
- You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and any content you supply
- While your subscription is active, you have a licence to use and display the website we build for you
- This licence ends when your subscription ends
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss of business, loss of income, or indirect losses arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to the Service
We may update these terms or the features included in the Starter Pack from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any material change by email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
