How does this work — what do I have to do? +
Two options. Either open the Live Studio and build it yourself — you pick the style, watch it come together, and change anything you don't like, all in a few minutes. Or have a two-minute chat with us instead and we'll build it and email you the finished site, usually within 30 minutes. Either way there's no form to fill in and no card needed.

When do I have to pay? +
Not until day 30. We don't ask for your card up front. You get the full site free for 30 days. At day 27 we'll email you with how many visits and enquiries you've had so far. If you want to keep it, you add your card and we charge £29.99/month from then on. If not, we delete it. No drama, no auto-billing surprises.

Can I make changes to my site? +
Yes. In the Live Studio you can change things while it's being built. Once you're signed up you get a private dashboard at your-site/admin where you can edit phone, hours, photos and service descriptions — all instant, no waiting. For bigger asks — a new page, a rewrite — email us and we'll usually turn it round in a couple of working days.

Is £29.99/month the only cost? +
Yes, for the standard subscription. The webfascia subdomain, hosting, SSL, contact forms and support are all included. The one optional add-on is your own custom domain (£99 / year, covering registration, DNS, SSL and renewals). If you cancel, you pay nothing more; the site stays live until the end of the month you've already paid for.

What if I don't like it — and do I own it? +
If it's not right, tell us what to change; small tweaks are usually same-day. If it's not a good fit at all, just don't take it — there's nothing to cancel and we keep no card on file. You own all the content either way — your photos, your text, your reviews. You're licensing the design and the platform from us, so if you cancel we send you a copy of the content and the design stays with us.
